Shipping Policy

Your mala will be lovingly cleansed and charged before being carefully wrapped and packed for shipping by Royal Mail. Depending on what is selected, items will be posted 'Signed For' - either First or Second class and will take either 1-2 days for First class and 2-3 days for Second class. Processing times may vary between 2-7 days for a ready-to-wear mala. Some items may be made to order so can take a little bit longer to turn around. Custom orders may take longer but this will be dependent on stock levels of the beads and individual specifications. This will always be discussed in correspondence before payment is taken.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns for refund for Universal and Unique malas are accepted within 30 days of purchase, if the mala is in perfect condition and returned with original packaging and information sheets. If you would like to return a mala, please email hello@solismala.com for information on where to send the return. Refunds will be processed minus the cost of original postage and return postage costs cannot be reimbursed. Custom malas, greeting cards and postcards are non-refundable.

Gemstone, wood and seed beads are delicate materials and care must be taken to prevent damage. Please be aware that breakages to these component parts are unlikely but possible. Please also note that the cord can stretch over time if care is not taken to prevent this from happening. This is not considered a fault but natural wear and tear that can be minimised by not pulling or tugging on the mala.
Should any accidental damage occur to your mala, I can re-string it for a fee of £25 plus the costs of any replacement beads. Just be in touch to discuss.
