These knotted bracelets feature 18 crystal beads, faceted to catch the light. 18 is a factor of 108 and so these could even be used to help you in your chanting practice as a wrist mala - 6 times around the bracelet makes 108.
A very grounding and protective stone, smoky quartz has a strong earth connection and resonates with the lower chakras. It promotes care and concern for the environment, making us more aware of our surroundings, our physicality and it is excellent at absorbing electromagnetic smog. Due to its strong earthing ability, it is helpful for the transmutation of lower vibratory energy into higher vibratory energy, meaning it can remove ‘negative’ feelings, lifting depression and returning balance and coherency, filling us and our space with positivity. As it removes distraction or density, it therefore improves concentration, clear communication and helps move the mind between alpha and beta states, great for meditation. It supports the spine and can help in moving energy down into the earth.
These bracelets feature a gold-filled slider bead that allows for easy closure by pinching the bead up towards the thread ends. Each end is finished with another smaller gold-filled bead.
'Gold-filled' is a great alternative to gold-plated which loses it's gold colour very fast and solid gold which is very expensive. 14k gold is bonded to sterling silver in layers many times thicker than 'plated' beads. This gives great durable colour and finish at a more affordable price and still holds the energetics or the frequency of gold.
I love using gold in my work as the frequency is so vibrant. Metaphysically, it is associated with Christ-consciousness, the Creator or Source and the Great Central Sun. Gold is high in vibration and bring feelings of enlightenment and expansion, connection to the Higher Self and deep understanding of Oneness. So these beads are used not only for their functionality but for their energetic offering too!
Smoky Quartz Adjustable Knotted Mala Bracelet - 18 beads
These bracelets are knotted on an extremely strong nylon thread. To best care for your bracelets:
1. Roll the bracelet over the widest part of your hand instead of tugging on it to get over the knuckles
2. Avoid getting the bracelet wet - remove when washing or ensure it is out of the way.
3. Wear as a snug fit to avoid it getting caught on anything.
I can re-string a bracelet for you for a fee of £5. Postage must be covered both ways however. Just get in touch to arrange.
One size. Circumference 22cm.
Sized to slide snuggly over the widest part of the hand with minimal length to the 'tails' once slider bead is closed.
To check the fit - take a tape measure and holding your hand as if you are about to put on a bracelet, with your thumb held into your palm, tuck the end of the tape measure between your thumb and index finger. Wrap around this widest part, across the knuckles and release the end of the tape measure to get your measurement. If wider than 22cm, drop me an email and I may be able to make one to order.
